Known as “The Legend” by his Inner-Circle, Fred has been in business since the age of 18 when he bought his first real estate property. By the age to 25, Fred owned 85 properties, a property management company, a real estate investment company and several construction companies.

In the mid 90’s Fred expanded his real estate holding to properties around the world and it is at this time that he started a new challenge, that of doing business online.

For the next five years, Fred learned the ropes of this new industry and although his real estate empire was still growing, Fred found himself very frustrated that he couldn’t succeed online. He bought and studied all of the courses from the early Internet Marketing Guru’s….with no success.

Then in 2004 Fred bought one of David’s sites and simply through the beauty of email, a friendship was forged that would be the beginning of Fred’s second empire.

Although David S and Fred B are two totally different business people that often disagree on approaches, their team work and respect for the others skill sets, have made this partnership a very successful online partnership that will continue to grow for years to come.

Fred has introduced his world of Real Estate thinking into the online world. He like other Internet Marketers called this VRE (Virtual Real Estate). “A website is exactly like a property. There are many, many ways to make money from every piece of property you own. Like everything else online, VRE takes these opportunities to the next level.”

David has been involved with internet marketing, before the phrase was even thought of. He started his online ventures, part time, way back in 1995 designing and marketing his own websites.

By the late 90's he was already designing websites and ebooks to order for a continually growing client base. In 2001 he quit his career in leisure management to pursue his online interests on a full time basis. Soon after, expanding into the turnkey market, his popular designs and seo skills, became a highly sought after service.

In 2004 David started his most successful business partnership to date, after striking a friendship with one of his clients, Fred B. While they often have differing points of view, they share the same core business principles.

After selling in excess of 14,000 websites by the end of 2008, David decided to exit from the turnkey market to concentrate more on his core skills of seo and marketing. He has spent that last 18 months experimenting and developing his own ideas into practical strategies.

David also uses his experience and skills, researching and reviewing new and upcoming internet marketing products. While he rarely gives the thumbs up to any new products, his opinions are highly respected by many, if not always appreciated by some. Known for "telling it as it is", his views are often considered controversial.

When challenged on the controversy, he states "When hype becomes unchallengeable, undisputed and unquestioned then the truth will no longer be considered controversial. Until that day arrives, I'll continue to say it as it is".
