Is it OK to Simply Spin my Articles into New One?

There is a very simple answer to the Question Title above and I’m afraid that answer is No. Actually it’s Absolutely No. Content is, always has and always will be king online. If you are not adding any value to the World Wide Web by creating original, content focused content, then your life online will be short lived. Sure you may have success in the short term, but I guarantee you that you will not have a long term success.

Some say ya but all I’m doing is trying to please the Search Engines. Let me tell you that you will not please the search engines at all. In fact you will have the PU’d at you in no time at all.

Others thing that just making small changes here and there so Google won’t realize it, and submitting it to a variety of locations, isn’t really duplicating content. First of all, yes it is. Second of all, you are not going to fool Google. They have 1000’s of people much smarter than the majority of us checking the web constantly for this type of practice.

I always get very wary of a guru who offers a product or service by giving advice or selling software to implement a strategy and they use the phrase “to avoid detection by Google….” If you see this folks believe me when I say you are on the road to self destruction online. First, by shelling out more money for something that doesn’t work and two, by trying to take stupid shortcuts that I guarantee you even the Guru who is selling it is using.

Let me put this another way so that you can see the important message I am trying to deliver here. If you do not have original content and if you simply copy off others, sooner or later, your income will disappear. And, since the income was based on not creating true value, there never was any equity in your business.

When writing articles you should be thinking about the following points

What are you doing?

Why are you doing it? (Is it real or just for the engines?)

Are you adding value?

If you were Google, would you consider this article to be good, original content?

Ask yourself the last question again and then again

Just moving around a few sentences and using a few different synonyms doesn’t cut it. Google will be wise to your act in no time at all.

Even some of these article sites have the nerve to suggest you take their articles and “customize,” saying the more you customize, the better.

Keep in mind folks that most of the sites have ads and the more content is created for them the more chances they have of getting clicks. In other words it’s a self serving attitude.

I will close by saying this. No trick especially one as evident as spinning articles has ever survived the test of time. You will not manipulate the engines to deliver sub-optimal search results because that is the way that they survive and they are going to survive us all.

Like I always say, Honesty is the best policy and Hard Word although I hate it too is the way to go.
